Company Secretary, Europe
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be hold the role of Company Secretary for Argus European subsidiaries and will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of corporate governance, and providing essential administrative support to the board of directors. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of corporate law, and a passion for efficiency, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant discipline together with at least 3 years’ corporate administration experience.
- Membership in the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) or Administrators Chartered Governance Institute (e.g., ACIS or FCIS) or Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
- Experience drafting high quality and succinct minutes of meetings.
- A working knowledge of the Gibraltar and Malta Companies Acts, and statutory regulations relating to the administration of companies in Europe.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically MS Word.
